Olu Ella 🏞️🌍🌧️💙

I boarded the Kegalle-Avissawella bus at around 9 in the morning when it was raining lightly. We got off the bus at the Karawanella bus stand. From there I got on the Kitulgala bus, got off at Yatiyantota, and got on the Pelampitiya bus. We sat in the front seat next to the driving seat because we could get to most of the beautiful travel destinations in the environment. 🚌

That said, the environment on both sides of the road was very beautiful, the fog, the rubber plantations, the tea estates, the rivers, and the waterfalls were amazing because of the rainy weather. But it is very difficult to switch between two vehicles. It was a narrow road with scary bends. 🌳🌴💦

So we came to our destination which is none other than the beautiful Oluella in the Kegalle District of the Sabaragamuwa Province.

At the top of the falls, the water level rises with the Danger rain, and the rocks slip. A mother in a small shop nearby told us that two of them had fallen and died so, visit carefully. There are deep places at the bottom of the waterfall and also bathing places for the villagers at the bottom of the stream. Those who like can bathe in those places but be careful wherever you go.

I referred as we that's us me and my boyfriend. 👫💖

The best thing was that the last bus to return was at 3.30 pm, but we ate hoppers at the village shop and went for a cup of tea. We couldn't catch the bus in time because the greed was so big. Finally, we had to get on a lorry loaded with tea leaves to come home. It was indeed a marvelous experience.
